"EDIT- THIS COMPANY AND AGENT IS EXTREMELY SHADY. At our 6 month renewal, they jacked our price of 33% by changing our coverage. No emails, no contact from them- just tried to sneak in a 33% price increase and hoped I wouldn't notice. Avoid them"

"RUN!! RUN!! RUN!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance company on the planet. We’ve only been with them since December. They gave us the initial quote and then sent an email stating we had to put some device on our vehicles, which we in turn told them we didn’t want to install them, so the price went up a hundred dollars a month because we didn’t install their devices, which none of this was discussed in the beginning when the first quote was given. Then they “accidentally” canceled insurance on one of our vehicles, causing my husband’s license to be suspended and us owing DMV fees. I have called and emailed, it’s just constant run around and no real answers, and nobody seems to know what’s going on! We will definitely be going with someone else for our insurance needs ASAP!"
