"I’ve been with this office for many years but a recent experience has me shocked. Long story short, I called to change my policy and add comp and collision to my cars. I’ve always modified my policies over the phone with no issues. I was given verbal confirmation that the policies were active and I was good to go. A couple days later, I get in an accident and file a claim. Neither the comp or collision were added. Now I’m stuck with having to pay out of pocket for the damages. The worst part is that the office is now playing dumb and refuses to admit fault in not adding my coverages and when contacted by the main Statefarm office, they tell them that I never had the conversation about adding coverages back. I have the phone logs to prove the conversations but it’s not enough evidence. This office is a disaster. Their billing is horrific, I’ve been after them for months to remove a car that I got rid of back in April, and now this. Be careful with this office. They now refuse to answer any of my calls or texts"

"This agency has been taking me for a ride and it’s unacceptable. Chelsea herself told me that she was excited for may to come because my bill would drastically drop. Well, it’s almost August and we’re still here. Any excuse to take all the money they can because “there’s nothing they can do about it” They don’t care about the customer like they say they do. Instead they hide behind other departments they don’t have control over. Be better."
