"We have been with this agency for several years and absolutely love them! Anyone who answers the phone can help us with what we need. We’ve never had an issue when filing claims. They’re so patient and willing to find the absolute best deal and type of coverage for your specific needs. Love this office and makes an annoying thing to have to deal with an easy and happy experience!"

"Tengo mi seguro con esta empresa confiaba en ellos llamé para hacer unos cambios a mi póliza y la persona no fue profesional no supo hacer su trabajo le dio de baja a mi póliza quede en la caller rodando sin seguro se pueden imaginar lo demás muy mala experiencia 06/09 fui a la oficina a tratar de arreglar este problema fue peor la persona que está en la entrada es grosera no le dio importancia a mi inquietud tarde serca de 30 minutos y solo hablaba por el teléfono dices que fue culpa de atención al cliente y no es así ellos me agregaron un vehículo llamé a la oficina a agregar otro vehículo una semana después en vez de agregar remplazaron el vehículo dejando el otro sin seguro para ustedes es más fácil culpar a otros que solucionar el problema por eso ya cambie de agente"

"I'm very pleased with the insurance prices,much cheaper than I really expected,I would definitely recommend people to take a look at their insurance if their wanting less to pay ,I was with another for 5 years and never did they offer a lower price ,what I'm paying for now ,thank you to state farm for making insurance at a good price for everyone"

"Been a State Farm policy holder with 4 different auto policies in the family for a few years now. Lee Ann was a tremendous help. We had a duplicate claim made on one of our policies that put a big damper on our consumer report and Lee Ann was relentless to stay on it and get that fixed all the way to the end. "These ladies sent me a very nice letter which encouraged me to call them and I'm very glad I did since I found out I would say quite a bit of money with them over my current Insurance who I'm not sure I can name butheyb rhymes with aggressive. LOL I saved $1,000 a year on two vehicles and I got the same kind of coverage that I got exactly with the other company. These ladies also made sure I understood everything time to give me a thorough explanation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone"
